Thank you for choosing Mater Dei Academy for your children’s education. We are blessed to have a school that is committed to providing an exceptional education through a well-rounded and innovative curriculum. With the help of dedicated educators, students in preschool through grade eight have the opportunity to discover their own unique talents in a loving, nurturing, faith-filled environment. Mater Dei students are also accountable for their actions while caring for others and demonstrating responsibility for the world around them. The community atmosphere helps students to grow spiritually, intellectually, and socially and to develop into future leaders and citizens who are guided by a strong moral compass.

As we move boldly into the future, there are two goals that we want to achieve. The first goal is to make Catholic education at Mater Dei Academy sustainable and accessible to all who desire it.

With the financial support of our parishes and others in the Diocese, more assistance is available for families who qualify. Over 95% of Mater Dei students receive some form of financial assistance from the state, Diocese, or their parish. Families requesting aid need to fill out the FACTS application that can be accessed here:  https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/3WYPT

Our second goal is to provide an exceptional educational environment for our students. Mater Dei is currently in the STEM reaccreditation process with the Ohio Department of Education. This 5-year cycle ensures that we continue to uphold the STEM educational standards set by the state. We are one of only eight schools in northeast Ohio with this designation.

We have moved our registration process online via Digital Academy. To begin the registration process, please call the school office at 440-585-0800 to schedule your personal tour of Mater Dei Academy.  Students in grades K-6 are invited to be a ‘Knight for a Day’.  Students have the opportunity to shadow a student and become a part of the MDA family before registering.
