Philosophy

My philosophy of educations is shaped by my personal experiences as a student and my time volunteering in classrooms.  I believe in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where each child feels supported, inspired, and valued.  My goal is to nurture well-rounded learners who grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

I love working at MDA because the staff is so welcoming and supportive, and I appreciate the school's moral values.
