Philosophy
I am dedicated to teaching all students, no matter their needs or academic abilities.  I strive to do this through hands-on learning, personal connection, and collaboration.  I want my students to leave the classroom with not only improved academics, but with skills that will stay with them for life.

I love working at Mater Dei Academy because I want to give back to the school that made me want to be a teacher.

Philosophy
I believe it is my moral responsibility to create a safe and caring environment where my students can grow academically, socially, and spiritually.  I will challenge my students to the highest expectations.  My students will be engaged and motivated in their own learning through purposefully planned lessons.  Students will have daily opportunities for peer discourse, hands on activities, problem-solving skills targeting higher critical thinking skills and problem solving.  Every child succeeds!

As a teacher at MDA, I am blessed to be in a position of great influence of children’s faith formation.  I love being a part of Mater Dei Academy as I can share the love of Jesus Christ everyday with everyone!
