Philosophy
I enjoy working at Mater Dei Academy because I am able to express my religious beliefs and practice my faith while in the workplace. I love the children. It brings me joy to be a part of so many little lives. I feel our school is “their home away from home”. We are blessed that their parents share them with us!

Philosophy
My philosophy of education is that all children are unique, and none should be left to take the journey alone.  As it states in Judges 18:6, “Go in peace.  The journey on which you go is under the eye of the Lord”, my goal is to provide the same for my students.  I want to create an environment where the students and families work together to advance each child’s academic growth, as well as promoting their ongoing formation of faith. I will furnish a stimulating educational environment where they can grow in every way.  It is my desire to create a type of atmosphere where students can meet their full potential.  I will provide a safe environment where students are invited to share their ideas and take risks.   As it states in Peter 4:10, “As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”

I love working at MDA because it is a loving, caring, faith based educational community.  It is a happy, Jesus filled school that teaches morals, values, service to others and love as well as the ABC’s and 123’s.
